What is the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are known as "Pomodoros."

It's designed to improve focus and productivity by encouraging sustained periods of work and regular rest to prevent burnout.

This technique is ideal for students, professionals, or anyone looking to manage distractions and boost efficiency during work or study sessions.
